You know it's a bad headwind when you have to pedal to go downhill.

I can picture taking the tour with a class of kindergartens and being crazy smelly. I hope the trip is going well and I am looking forward to our next exciting/explicit conversation.
Peace Love

Hay, Alex
I messed up my bike yesterday, I think I bent the steering shaft and my front wheel is REALLY untrue. Can I barrow one of you wheels that are in the garage (if they fit)? I promise I'll stop running into stationary cars.
I ran in to a parked car, yes, I know its pitiful.
ride on my lord!
(your not really my lord).

Hey Alex, Just got your info from Sunrise, so thought I'd drop you a line. I hope you made through the snow that has been in your area of late. It is not summer time biking that you're doing! It sounds like the travel gods are smiling in you in terms of the encounters you've been having with people. A bike trip always restores my faith in humanity. Be well and I hope the sun shines warm very soon. Mr.O'C (Patrick)

So, this being my first comment, I feel obligated to tell you that you are the most Bad Ass MotherFucker in all 50 states, and I'm rootin for you every step of the way. That said, I hope your route takes you into Portland, because I need to buy you a steak. Keep it up, you're awesome, and I'll see you around sometime.

Taylor- Well done, you beat Devin. You make our conversations sound... I don't know, scandalous or something! Your life is interesting but i worry that your giving youself too much credit. Explicit? The people that read this blog will think we are gossipers taylor!

Patrick O.C.- So do I call you Mr. Occonner, or Mr. OC, or Patrick? I was trying to remember yesterday whether I had given you my blog address. I was hopin gI had, but it sounds like you found it despite my rampant neglegence.

So far the travek gods have been good, although after last night I now share your and steve's dislike of sprinklers. The weather hasd been chilly for a coupl eof days, but it's warming up now, and even the chilly days are great riding. I've managed to just barely stay ahead of the snow so far!

Mark- Great to hear from you man! I will not be making it out to portland befor ethe holidays, but, the plans are in the works for the second leg of my trip, which, if it happens, may tak eme up the west coast. If that happens, I guess I can let you buy me a steak.

Anker- pick a religion and start praying to some god, any god, that you arent' a kindred soul to Peter V in respect to your relationship with bikes.
